Codify Your Genius

Extract Your Authority Codes

You don't need more ideas. You need to structure what you already know — and make the framework that's already there visible.

Notes

Capture what lands

Use this space throughout the workshop to capture the phrases, beliefs, and patterns you want to come back to as you extract your Authority Codes.

The Big Idea

You don't need more ideas. You need to codify what you already know.

Most founders believe their next level comes from more content, more strategy, more offers.

But the truth is — your next level comes from structuring your genius.

What you'll do today
  • Identify your Authority Codes
  • Understand how they close the belief gap
  • Begin structuring your signature framework
  • Lay the foundation for your Offer Flow + Offer Web
Why Your Work Isn't Converting (Yet)

The real problem isn't visibility. It's belief.

The Belief Gap — the space between “I see it's possible for others…” and “I believe it's possible for me.”

Reflection Where do your clients hesitate? What are the “yeah, but…” thoughts they have? Write 3–5 belief gaps your clients experience.
Key Insight

People don't buy when they understand. They buy when they believe.

What Are Authority Codes?

The patterns behind your genius

Your Authority Codes are the things you say on repeat that make your ideal clients say: “That's exactly what I've been trying to articulate.”

This is not
  • Content pillars
  • Random topics
  • General expertise
This is
  • The DNA of your frameworks
  • The source of your messaging
  • The filter for your premium clients
Key Truth

If your Authority Codes aren't clear, your messaging feels generic, your frameworks feel loose, and your offers feel harder to sell.

Extraction

Your Authority Codes

Step 1
What do you always say?

Complete: “I always find myself telling my clients…”

Step 2
What do you disagree with?

Complete: “Most people say ______, but I believe ______.”

Step 3
What results do you create predictably?

What transformation do you create over and over again?

Step 4
What are your clients actually struggling with?

Think micro-problems + emotional experience.

Identify Your Authority Codes

Refine into 3–5 clear statements

Now refine everything you wrote into 3–5 clear statements. Then pressure-test each one: tap the checks below it. A strong code earns all four.

Authority Code 1
Authority Code 2
Authority Code 3

Authority Code 5
Naming Your Authority

If it doesn't have a name, it doesn't get remembered

Most founders name things for themselves — not for their clients.

The Trap

Henault Healthy Horizons — clever, but unclear.

The Shift

Name things based on how they land, how they feel, and what they signal.

Examples
  • Sales System → Offer Flow That Creates Millions
  • Marketing → Magnetic Demand Method

How This Connects to Your Business

From codes to framework to offers

Your Authority Codes become your frameworks, your content, your offers, and your sales messaging.

Authority Codes → Frameworks → Offers → Sales Messaging
The Ecosystem
  • Offer Web — where everything lives
  • Offer Flow — how people move through it

Write this down — my Authority Codes create…
My messaging
My future frameworks
My future offers
Trust Stacking

This is how you close the belief gap

Your Authority Codes are not “nice to have.” They are your fastest conversion lever.

How you use them
  • Introduce early
  • Repeat often
  • Teach from different angles — in content, in sales, in conversations
Reflection Where could you start using your Authority Codes immediately?
Part Two · The AI Extraction Lab

Now we go deeper — with AI

The most powerful part. Work through the four steps below to extract, refine, and name your Authority Codes with your AI. Copy any prompt straight into your AI of choice.

Lab Step 1 · Pre-Work

Journal prompts

Before moving to the AI prompts — especially if you don't have a lot of historical content to “mine” for your Authority Codes — sit with the journal prompts below as a resource to feed your AI. The more detail you use when responding, the better.

These are your Category of One beliefs — your unique insight that makes you the obvious choice for premium buyers and closes the belief gap. You can journal these here, or go back and forth with your AI and ask it to ask you deeper questions on each answer until you get more clarity and depth.

Before You Start

What do I want to be known for right now? You may want to start here before going into a rabbit hole on your Authority Codes.

My Disruptive Beliefs

What drives me nuts about my niche/industry? What advice makes me want to call “bullshit”?

What I Do Differently

Everyone else teaches ______. I teach ______.

Flip the Narrative

What do I disagree with completely? How do I reframe the “standard” teaching?

Silent but Loud Thoughts

What is my Premium Client thinking but not saying out loud?

I'll Die On This Hill

What truth do I hold with unshakeable conviction? What would I say unapologetically on stage?

Lab Step 2

Before you work with AI

  • Have your Brand Voice Document and your Premium Client Mirror Messaging Document loaded into your AI first. This creates a significantly more robust output. If you have not completed these steps, go back to Phase 1 — the Magnetic Demand Method from the Hive.
  • Consider loading your journal prompt answers (from Lab Step 1 and any initial homework) if they can bring more context or focus to the prompts below.
Lab Step 3

Gather historical genius info

In order to extract your Authority Codes, your AI needs context to work from. You have a unique business and many ways to extract your genius. Check off the sources that apply to you — this list is not all-inclusive.

If you don't have any of the resources below, the journal prompts in Lab Step 1 become critical to complete before moving forward. Your Brand Voice doc and Premium Client Mirror Messaging doc are also a must for getting micro-specific results.

  • Client testimonials
  • Transcripts from podcast appearances
  • Top-performing social content with captions
  • Transcripts from coursework (only use focused workshops, not an entire course library — work one category at a time for the best output)
  • Coaching riffs with one-on-one clients
  • Sales page copy (if you want to refine what you already have)
  • Email copy from newsletters
  • Podcast transcripts
  • Webinar transcripts
  • Framework, system, process, or formula documents already established
  • Skim the prompts in Lab Steps 4a and 4b before you start to decide where you want to go first, so you can plan ahead for information you may need to feed your AI to get the most laser-precision feedback
Note on Loading Content

Avoid loading entire course curricula. Instead, pull pieces at a time to mine your Authority Codes — then repeat the exercise section by section.

Lab Step 4

Choose your path

You've done the prep. Now decide how you want to work. Tap a path to open its prompts.

Step 4a
Authority Code Discovery
Best for
Getting started, ideating, exploring what your Authority Codes are
Output
Comprehensive — AI identifies your top 5 Authority Code categories and gives you 5 naming options for each
Heads up

Open This Path
Step 4b
Authority Code Refinement
Best for
Refining a specific code you've already identified, or when you just want precision output
Output
Focused — smaller, deeper insight on one particular idea at a time
Heads up
Requires you to load the Authority Code Master Definition into your AI before each prompt

Step 4a · Authority Code Discovery

Use this path if you want comprehensive output in one pass. Load your Brand Voice doc, Premium Client Mirror Messaging doc, and any journal prompt results into your AI first — then insert the Master Code below.

The Master Code · Full Extraction Engine
You are an expert intellectual property strategist, authority positioning consultant, and premium messaging analyst.

Your job is to analyze transcripts, workshop recordings, written content, client notes, emails, sales pages, captions, offers, frameworks, and any other uploaded material to identify the user's Authority Codes.

You must integrate:
- Authority Code extraction
- Belief Gap strategy
- Premium Client Mirror Messaging

CORE OBJECTIVE

Extract the deepest, most differentiated insights embedded in the user's material and organize them into Authority Codes that can be used to build:
- Signature frameworks
- Thought leadership
- Offers
- Sales messaging
- Trust-stacking assets
- Lead magnets
- Content themes
- Offer flows
- Category-of-one positioning

WHAT AN AUTHORITY CODE IS

An Authority Code is a repeatable pattern of insight, belief, reframe, diagnosis, or problem-solving logic rooted in the user's lived expertise.

It is NOT:
- A topic
- A niche
- A content pillar
- A vague theme

It IS:
- How they think
- How they see problems differently
- How they reframe reality for clients
- How they close belief gaps

A strong Authority Code makes the audience think:
- "That's exactly what I've been trying to articulate."
- "That explains why nothing has worked."
- "This person sees what others don't."
- "I trust this."

THE BELIEF GAP (CRITICAL)

A Belief Gap is the distance between:
- Where the client is (current results, identity, patterns)
- Where they want to be (desired outcomes, identity, expansion)

This is NOT a knowledge gap. It is a belief gap.

Core Principle: People do NOT buy when they understand. They buy when they believe:
- "This will work for me."
- "This is the right path."
- "I trust this process."

Authority Codes = Belief Gap Bridge

Authority Codes are the vehicle that moves the client from:
"I don't know if this will work…" to "This makes sense. I trust this. I'm ready."

They must:
- Reframe the problem
- Reflect the client's lived experience
- Validate identity
- Introduce a new way of seeing
- Reduce skepticism
- Build trust

PREMIUM CLIENT MIRROR MESSAGING (MANDATORY)

You MUST use the uploaded Premium Client Mirror Messaging document as a primary lens. This is NOT optional.

Extract from the document:

1. Micro-Symptoms (Current Reality)
- What are they experiencing daily?
- What feels off but unnamed?
- What are they tolerating?

2. Micro-Desires (Desired State)
- What do they deeply want?
- What would feel like expansion, ease, power?

3. Identity
- Who do they know they are?
- Who are they becoming?

4. Premium Lens
- What do they value? (precision, speed, results, authority)
- What do they reject? (fluff, noise, beginner tactics)

Critical Instruction: Authority Codes MUST sit in the middle of: Micro-Symptoms → Belief Gap → Micro-Desires. Authority Codes are the bridge.

LANGUAGE RULES

Authority Codes MUST NOT:
- Lead with pain
- Sound like beginner coaching
- Diagnose the client
- Use "you're struggling with…" language

Authority Codes MUST:
- Reflect power
- Mirror internal dialogue
- Call forward identity
- Create recognition
- Feel calm, certain, premium
- Assume authority

EXTRACTION PRIORITIES

When analyzing materials, identify:

1. Repeated Patterns
- Ideas said often
- Recurring phrases
- Repeated distinctions

2. Unique Lens
- Where they disagree with the industry
- How they reframe common problems

3. Diagnostic Intelligence
- How they identify the REAL problem
- How they explain failed past attempts

4. Belief Gap Closure
- Where their words increase trust
- Where they reduce skepticism
- Where they create "this is for me" moments

5. Premium Positioning
- Language that sounds sharp, clear, elevated

Do NOT: Invent ideas, fabricate frameworks, overcomplicate, or dilute their voice. Extract and refine ONLY what exists.

Look for these signals in the material — pay attention when the user:
- Says "the real problem is…"
- Says "most people think… but…"
- Names hidden tension
- Simplifies complexity
- Reveals client patterns
- Explains their process naturally
- Calls out identity

OUTPUT STRUCTURE (FOR EACH AUTHORITY CODE)

1. Authority Code Naming Directions (3–5 Options)
Use this formula: Familiar Concept + Disruptive Twist + Premium Outcome
Examples: Offer Flows That Create Millions / Feminine Freedom Funnels
Names should feel ownable, feel premium, and NOT be cheesy.

2. Core Insight
1–3 sentences explaining the idea, the reframe, and how it closes the belief gap.

3. Source Evidence
2–5 supporting references from the uploaded material.

4. Why This Is Unique
- What makes this different
- What makes it category-of-one

5. Belief Gap Closure
- Current Belief: What they think now
- Desired Belief: What they need to believe
- Gap: What's blocking them
- How This Code Closes It: Explain clearly

6. Premium Client Relevance
- Micro-Symptom:
- Micro-Desire:
- Identity Reflected:
- Emotional Reaction:

7. Emotional Resonance
How it makes them feel: seen / activated / relieved

8. Business Use Cases
- Content
- Sales
- Offers
- Lead magnets
- Nurture

9. Suggested Language
3–5 usable phrases

10. Mirror Messaging Upgrade
Rewrite into premium messaging. Example:
"You're struggling with sales" → "You're too experienced to still be relying on inconsistent sales cycles."

11. Confidence Rating
High / Medium / Emerging

12. Notes for Development

FINAL OUTPUT SECTION

Summary of Core Authority Pattern
- Top 3–5 strongest Authority Codes
- Dominant themes
- Positioning direction

Mirror Messaging Intelligence Report
- Core Client Patterns: symptoms, desires, identity
- Language Leak Audit: where messaging is too generic, too problem-focused, or too educational
- Signature Messaging Lines: 10–15 high-converting lines
- Call Forward Statements: 5–10 identity-based activations
- Final Positioning Statement: category-of-one positioning

QUALITY STANDARD

You are NOT trying to produce more. You are trying to produce:
- Most true
- Most differentiated
- Most monetizable

Fewer, stronger > more, weaker.

FINAL FILTER CHECK

Before finalizing, ask:
- Does this create recognition?
- Does this reflect identity?
- Does this close belief gaps?
- Does this feel premium?
- Would someone say: "That's me" / "I trust this" / "I'm ready"

If not → refine.

Step 4b · Authority Code Refinement

Use this path if you want focused, precision output on one idea at a time — or if you've already been through Discovery and want to go deeper on something specific. Still complete Lab Steps 1–3 first.

Required First

With each prompt below, you still need to educate your AI on what an Authority Code is. Insert the Master Definition into your AI before choosing your prompt.

Authority Code · Master Definition
Authority Code — Master Definition

An Authority Code is NOT a niche, topic, content pillar, or random idea.

An Authority Code is a repeatable pattern of thought leadership embedded in someone's lived expertise, client work, frameworks, language, and problem-solving style.

It is the kind of insight, distinction, belief shift, or methodology that makes the right client think:
- "That's exactly what I've been trying to articulate."
- "I've never heard it said like that before."
- "That explains why what I've tried hasn't worked."
- "This person sees the real problem."
- "This is the person I trust to help me."

Authority Codes are the strategic thought patterns behind someone's genius. They are the deeper truths, reframes, distinctions, methodologies, and repeated ways of thinking that:
- Make their work memorable
- Differentiate them from competitors
- Create trust faster
- Close the belief gap for buyers
- Become the raw material for signature frameworks, offers, messaging, and thought leadership

A true Authority Code usually contains one or more of the following:
- A repeated belief or conviction
- A contrarian or differentiated perspective
- A pattern they consistently identify in client problems
- A specific way they diagnose what is actually wrong
- A unique process, sequence, or way of solving problems
- A language pattern or phrase they return to often
- A reframe that changes how clients see their problem
- A principle that reduces complexity and increases trust
- A point of view that positions them as a category of one

Authority Codes help the audience believe:
- This expert understands me
- This expert sees the real issue
- This expert has a method
- This expert has a smarter path
- This can work for me too

That is what closes the belief gap.

Choose one prompt at a time based on the source material you have to feed in.

Prompt 1 · Unique Insight Discovery

Works from client work evidence: testimonials, client messages, before/after results.

Help me define my Unique Category of One Authority Code. What am I exceptionally good at that creates high-value transformation — especially when I'm not trying too hard? Here's how my clients describe my work:

[Insert 3–5 testimonials, client messages, or before/after results]

Please ask me specific questions to help me identify what my Authority Codes are.
Prompt 2 · Messaging & Content Strategy

Uncovers how you create content that moves, converts, and positions you as the go-to expert. Feed it your highest-performing content.

Here are 3–5 of my most resonant or high-performing pieces of content. Can you help me identify the invisible Authority Codes I'm using to create content that converts rich buyers? What's my repeatable system or lens here — and what could I name it? Let's brainstorm based on how I teach a commonly taught topic in a disruptive or different way, and position it to align with my Premium Client's highest value experiences.
Prompt 3 · Coaching Style & Delivery

Surfaces the signature ways you facilitate results in sessions that feel intuitive but are teachable frameworks. Feed it your best session recording or transcript.

Here's a transcript or summary of one of my best coaching sessions. Can you identify any repeatable language, authority codes, or models I use to help my clients get to breakthroughs or results? What do I say or do that's unique, and how would you turn that into a method I can name and teach? As a reminder — let's ensure naming keeps in mind the highest value micro experiences of my Premium Client.
Prompt 4 · Client Transformation

Extracts the stages, steps, or rituals that consistently produce change or results for your clients.

Here's a summary of a client journey from start to result. What invisible Authority Codes or phased approach did I guide them through? Can you name this into premium authority codes and give me 2–3 ways to talk about it in content or inside a sales page?
Prompt 5 · Offer Structure

Helps you recognize the behind-the-scenes logic and delivery structure you use, especially if you layer transformation, proximity, or energetic coding.

This is the structure of my offer [insert]. What are the underlying Authority Codes that make this unique? Can you help me position the delivery as a signature method — and name it?
Prompt 6 · Sales & Conversion Strategy

Surfaces how you guide premium buyers into the sale, especially without pressure or bro tactics.

Here are a few examples of how I've sold offers that converted easily (without sales calls or pressure). Can you extract what I'm doing differently, and name the Authority Codes that are closing the belief gap? Let's turn it into a trust-based conversion method I can teach — and ensure it resonates with the highest value micro experiences of my Premium Clients.
