You can use the website and email tools you already have. For the page build, your website tool needs to let you paste HTML into a code block that renders directly on the page.

Starting from scratch?

These are our suggested starting points:

Wix: This class’s page-building method does not work with Wix.

Squarespace: Use Core or higher (or a legacy Business / Commerce plan) if your funnel needs JavaScript or embedded integrations. Basic HTML and CSS code blocks are available on all plans.

Choose one place to publish your pages and one email tool. Have your accounts ready and make sure you can log in before class.

Building the sales option? Your sales page will send buyers to a checkout before they reach the thank-you page. Bring the checkout link you plan to use.

You only need to build one funnel. Choose the one that fits what you want to offer.

PRE-WORK 2 · BRING YOUR COPY

Bring the words for all three steps.

Before the call, prepare draft copy for your landing page, thank-you page, and confirmation email. Choose the funnel you want to build, then work with your own Claude or ChatGPT to draft the words for each step. If you have Marketing Intelligence, use the Prompt Architect skill to create a prompt that helps you write this copy. Bring your drafts to the call. We’ll revise the copy together as we build.

Copy means the words people will read. Your draft does not have to be perfect. It just needs to be ready to work with.

  • Landing page: What are you offering? Who is it for? Why should they want it? What should they do next?
  • Thank-you page: Confirm what they signed up for or bought. Tell them their next step.
  • Confirmation email: Write a subject line, confirm their action, and include the details or access instructions they need.

Save all three drafts in one document. Have it open when you join the call.

Download the two interview packages.

DOWNLOAD YOUR INTERVIEW SKILLS

Make sure you click the three dots and click Download before you install. Do not double-click on the file.

Install them in the AI you’ll use.

Choose ChatGPT or Claude. You only need to follow the instructions for your chosen tool.

How to install in ChatGPT
  1. Download both skill packages to your computer.
  2. Use ChatGPT Work in the desktop app for standalone skills.
  3. Start a Work chat and attach the packages. Ask: “Install these two skill packages for me using the skill-creator skill.”
  4. Follow the installation instructions it gives you. Check that both skills appear in the Skills sidebar.
  5. Start a new chat. Select the first skill with @, then ask it to begin your interview. Repeat for the second skill.

Uploading a file to a regular chat does not, by itself, install a reusable skill. If installation is unavailable in your account, email us before class.

How to install in Claude
  1. Download both skill packages. Keep each skill’s ZIP file intact.
  2. Open Settings → Capabilities and turn on Code execution and file creation.
  3. Go to Customize → Skills.
  4. Click + → Create skill → Upload a skill. Upload one skill ZIP, then repeat for the other.
  5. Turn both skills on. Start a chat and ask the first skill to begin your interview. Repeat for the second skill.

If your team account hides these options, ask your account owner to enable skills.
