You have extracted your genius. Now it is time to structure it, turning your Authority Codes into the Signature Framework that anchors everything you build from here.
Use this space throughout the session to capture the essence summaries, working names, and reframes you want to come back to.
You fed your AI everything: your transcripts, your testimonials, your content, your results. And you got a rich, detailed picture of what makes you uniquely you.
Here is what I see happen every single time. People get that big output and immediately try to perfect the names. They get stuck in the words instead of the work.
Before we move one inch forward, we are going to slow down. We are going to strip away the noise and get to the essence, the actual transformation each code creates. Because that is what we are building everything on. Not the names. The transformation.
Prep your AI with the right context so every output is precision-calibrated to you.
Extract 2 to 3 sentence essence summaries of each Authority Code, focused on transformation.
Build the architecture of your 3 to 5 step Signature Framework, from stuck to solved.
Identify the triggers that make your framework a conversion machine.
Authority Codes are the patterns behind your genius: the things you say on repeat, the processes you use over and over, the ways you create transformation for clients, often without even being fully aware of it.
They are not content pillars, niches, or random topics. They are the DNA of your expertise: repeatable, results-driven methodologies that are uniquely yours.
Your codes are the stable anchor. Everything upstream, lead magnets, low-ticket tasters, content hooks, and everything downstream, core offers and high-ticket programs, connects back to them.
To understand why Authority Codes matter so much, you have to understand the problem they are solving.
"I see it's possible for others, but I don't believe it's possible for me."
This is where your buyers get stuck. They are watching your content, consuming your work, seeing your results, but they have a running inner monologue of "yeah, but...":
People don't buy when they understand something. They buy when they believe it's possible for them. Logic doesn't close the Belief Gap. Structure and trust do.
Your Authority Codes are the vehicle that moves a client from the gap to "I trust this. I can do this. I'm ready." They bridge logic with the structured proof that dissolves the "yeah, but" and makes your premium client say: "I can do this. This is my path."
Before you run any of the exercises that follow, make sure your AI is loaded with the right context. The quality of your output will only be as strong as what you feed it.
"I am about to do a series of exercises to refine my Authority Codes and build my Signature Framework. Before we begin, I want to make sure you are fully calibrated to my business. I am going to share the following with you: [1] My Brand Voice Document, [2] My Premium Client Mirror Messaging Document, and [3] the full output from my Authority Code extraction exercise. Please read everything carefully and confirm you are ready to proceed. Do not summarize or analyze yet, simply confirm you have received and understood the context. We will begin the exercises in the next prompt."
Your AI is only as good as what you give it. Skipping this step is like asking a brilliant consultant to advise your business without ever showing them your work. When your AI is loaded with your voice, your buyer, and your genius, the outputs that follow will be specific, ownable, and precision-calibrated to you. Not generic. Not borrowed. Yours.
Look at what you just created. For the first time, you can see your genius clearly, not as a jumble of ideas, but as distinct, high-value transformations your premium clients desperately need. And now you can see how they connect, how together they create something bigger than any one of them alone. That is your framework trying to emerge.
This is the pattern-interrupt moment. Most people get the big output and immediately try to perfect the names, wrapped around the axle on what to call things rather than what those things actually do.
Before we build your framework, we strip each code down to its essence, the actual transformation it creates, in two to three sentences. No names required. Just pure, high-value clarity.
We are not naming anything yet. We are identifying transformation. A name without a clear transformation underneath it is just a label. A clear transformation with a working title attached to it is a conversion asset.
This prompt does two things in sequence: first it distills each Authority Code into a clear transformation summary, then it zooms out to identify the single, overarching transformation that emerges when all the codes work together.
"Based on everything I have shared with you, my brand voice, my premium client Mirror Messaging document, and my full Authority Code extraction output, I would like you to complete the following two-part exercise.
Part A: For each Authority Code identified in my extraction output, write a 2 to 3 sentence essence summary. Each summary should: (1) describe the specific transformation this code creates for my client; (2) speak to the premium client desire or friction point it directly addresses; (3) be written in plain, powerful language, not focused on naming the code, but on the value it delivers. Label each one as Code 1, Code 2, and so on.
Part B: Once you've summarized each individual code, step back and write one overarching paragraph, no more than 4 to 5 sentences, that captures the full, high-value transformation that emerges when ALL of these codes work together. This is the big-picture promise. What does a client's life or business look like on the other side of working with me and experiencing all of these codes in action? Speak directly to my premium buyer's deepest desire."
Now you have something real. A logical, ownable progression that takes your client from stuck to solved, in your unique way, not a generic process you borrowed from someone else. That framework is yours. It is built from your codes, your results, your genius.
Now we get to name it, and this is where it becomes something your clients remember, refer others with, and say changed everything for them. But here is the rule: we are not naming it for you. We are naming it for them. For your premium client. For how it lands in their body when they hear it.
Name things based on how they land, how they feel, and what they signal to your premium client, not what they mean to you logically.
This is where your Authority Codes stop being individual insights and start becoming something your client can hold onto, follow, and refer others to. We build the architecture first, then explore names.
"Based on the Authority Code essence summaries and overarching transformation statement we just developed, complete the following two-part exercise.
Part A, Framework Architecture: Looking at the full picture of my Authority Codes and the transformation they create together, propose a 3 to 5 step framework structure that represents the logical progression a client moves through when working with me, from where they are stuck to where they desire to be. For each step, provide: (1) a brief label (working title only, not finalized); (2) a one-sentence description of what shifts for the client at this stage; (3) which Authority Code(s) are most active at this step. Focus on client transformation and logical progression, not on what I do or teach. The framework should feel like a journey.
Part B, Framework Naming: Now that we have the architecture, generate 5 to 7 potential working names for this framework as a whole. Apply these principles: (1) the name should evoke the premium client's desired outcome, not describe the process; (2) it should feel owned and distinctive, not generic or borrowed; (3) it should use the formula Familiar Concept + Disruptive Twist + Premium Client Desire where possible. Present these as options, not a final recommendation. I want to stay in discovery mode."
You now have a framework with a name that feels like you. Category of one. Ownable. Memorable. But here is where most people stop, and it is exactly where we keep going. A beautiful framework with a great name still won't convert if it isn't anchored to what your premium buyer is actually feeling on the inside.
The cost of staying stuck. The identity they are desperate to step into. The desire that keeps them up at night. This is where Mirror Messaging comes in, where your framework stops being a teaching tool and becomes a conversion machine.
This is what makes your content stop people mid-scroll. This is what makes your offers feel like a no-brainer to the exact right person. The internal buying trigger work in Prompt 3 is the difference between a framework that educates and a framework that converts.
Internal buying triggers are the specific psychological and emotional states your premium client is in when they are closest to a purchasing decision. They are not features or benefits. They are the felt experience of the problem and the felt desire of the solution.
They sound like: "I'm so tired of explaining myself from scratch every time I get on a sales call." Or: "I want to be the person my industry points to as the authority, not just another option."
These are the real reasons people invest. Your framework, mapped against these triggers, becomes the answer they didn't know they were looking for.
This is where your framework earns its conversion power. We map your premium client's internal world against each step of your framework, identifying the exact emotional and psychological triggers that make each stage feel like a must-have, not a nice-to-have.
"Now that we have a framework architecture and working name options, I want to map this framework against the internal buying triggers of my premium client, using my Mirror Messaging document as the primary lens. For each step of the framework, provide: (1) the specific micro-symptom my premium client is feeling at this stage, the internal pain or friction that makes this step feel urgent; (2) the micro-desire at this stage, the specific outcome or identity shift they are reaching for; (3) the belief gap, the specific 'yeah, but' objection keeping them from moving forward; and (4) one or two sentences of messaging language that speaks directly to this trigger and positions my framework as the bridge.
Finally, write an overall positioning statement of 3 to 4 sentences that captures the full internal journey my premium client is on, from the moment they first encounter my framework to the moment they decide to invest. Write it as if you are inside their mind, not describing them from the outside. This becomes the emotional foundation for all of my messaging going forward."
Left box: the micro-symptom and belief gap at this stage. Right box: the micro-desire and the positioning language that answers it.
This is the foundation. Everything you build from here, your lead magnets, your low-ticket tasters, your core offers, your content, all of it flows from this. You don't have to figure out what to say anymore. Your codes tell you. Your framework shows the way. And your buyer alignment makes sure every word lands.
01 · The Specificity Unlock. Now that your framework is crystal clear and you understand the micro-desires and micro-symptoms your premium client experiences at each stage, you've handed yourself the exact blueprint for your low-ticket tasters and lead magnets. Each micro-symptom becomes a hook. Each micro-desire becomes a promise. And because you've tied them back to your Authority Codes, every low-ticket offer naturally funnels people toward your Signature Framework.
02 · The Belief Gap Dissolution Machine. Your low-ticket tasters aren't random content anymore. They are strategically designed to dissolve one specific piece of the belief gap at one specific stage of your framework. Someone comes in through a lead magnet that speaks to their micro-symptom in Stage 1. They experience a taste of transformation. They start to believe it's possible. Now they are warm and ready to move deeper into your signature offer.
03 · The Authority Code Amplifier. In the coming sessions, we'll take each Authority Code and signature piece of your framework and create micro-specific, low-friction offers, some free, some low-ticket, that introduce people to that code in action. Your codes become the connective tissue between your top-of-funnel awareness and your mid-funnel Signature Framework. Nothing is generic. Everything is calibrated.
Your codes are the stable anchor. Build the essence first, architect the framework second, and anchor it to what your premium buyer is actually feeling. That is what turns a framework that educates into a framework that converts.
